This little nest of goodies holds promise.

I am currently designing an ornament for the first annual Holiday Ornament Swap organized by the ladies at cake+pie and freshly{blended}. This will be my first swap, and I am soooo excited to participate since it will get me back into creating things.

The nest contains several old ties which I found at the Bargain Hut, several strands of pearls I picked up at a garage sale for free and some gold ribbon I grabbed on clearance at the end of the holiday season last year.

I'll post some sketches of my ideas for ornaments on Monday.
