I kid you not. In my sleep-deprived delirium when I posted this morning, I forgot to mention Alden babbled in his sleep last night.

His voice, clear as a little chirpy bird, said, "Dadadada." Then, he clicked his tongue a couple times, then went back to babbling. He alternated between the two for about five minutes straight.

AJ thought he might be awake, so he flicked on the lights. Our sleeping guy crinkled his eyes closed more tightly, and kept on dadaing.

So, we can add this new trick to the regular nightly entertainment we get from his sleep crawling and arm flinging. I'll let you know when he starts reciting Shakespeare.
